CiTi BOCES is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Professional to support the Regional Summer School program for high school students in Oswego County. This is a part-time, seasonal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced school environment and enjoys supporting students, staff, and administrators.

Location: G. Ray Bodley High School
Dates: July 1 – August 25
Hours: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Rate of Pay: $22.67/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with coordination of orientation and professional development days
  • Provide daily clerical and administrative support to on-site summer school administrators
  • Organize transportation and communicate bussing information to students via mail/email
  • Create class rosters in collaboration with home district counselors
  • Send notifications to students regarding schedules, report cards/grades, and Regents exam information
  • Manage phone calls and support communication with administrators; respond to staff and student inquiries
  • Help direct students and staff, especially on the first day and during Regents exams
  • Support technology needs in coordination with CiTi tech staff, including account setup
  • Coordinate classroom and room usage for classes and exams
  • Communicate updates and changes to staff via email
  • Submit weekly attendance reports and meeting minutes
  • Collect supplies and keys at the end of the program and coordinate their return

 

This position plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and successful summer school experience for students and staff.
