The CTE Data Coordinator will work closely with all members of the Career & Technical Education Department to meet local and state data needs.  The CTE Data Coordinator should have a deep understanding of school data needs, SED reporting, and student information systems.  Strong working knowledge of SchoolTool is beneficial.  The Coordinator will possess positive interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and will demonstrate superior abilities in accuracy and attention to detail. This is a 12-month position. Immediate opening.

Duties and Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

  • Collection, analysis, and reporting of all CTE data needs.
  • Represent the department as the student information system superuser.
  • Oversee the communications with program graduates to complete required post-grad surveys for SED.
  • Provide training to those connected to CTE programs, including district users if necessary.
  • Report all EOY student data to districts.
  • Work with student program administrators to synthesize needed data.
  • Work with CTE administration on special projects related to departmental needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
$80,000 - $100,000 based on experience
