The Center for Instruction, Technology and Innovation (CiTi BOCES) invites you to apply to be a part of SYNERGY Virtual Learning. Synergy Virtual Learning offers students and school districts multiple modalities of instruction. This specific position is to teach Earth Science or Physics to a classroom of students in a school district synchronously via interactive videoconferencing. While this position is a remote position, another adult will be in the classroom at the school district with the students overseeing classroom management.
CiTi is seeking individuals to teach part-time who are flexible, creative, innovative, who think fluidly in a dynamic work environment, and will work to provide unique learning opportunities for students. Candidates must have instructional technology skills, be well versed in virtual learning or have an aptitude for virtual learning and be a quick learner.
Classes will be taught in a synchronous environment while using a learning management system. Applicants will be expected to teach during the traditional workday.
CiTi is currently accepting applications for the following part-time position:
- Dual certification in other areas is a plus. Instructional technology skills are a must. Compensation is based upon a stipend.
