Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic educational leader to serve as the Regional Summer School Principal for our three component school districts. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage summer school programs, ensuring high-quality educational experiences for students across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of summer school programs for three school districts.
• Collaborate with district administrators, teachers, and staff to ensure alignment with educational standards and goals.
• Manage and support summer school staff, including training and performance evaluation.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with parents, students, and community stakeholders.
• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support academic achievement.

 

Job Qualifications

• Valid NYS administrative certification or valid NYS Administrative Internship certificate. 
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire staff and students.
• Experience with curriculum development and instructional strategies.
• Knowledge of state education regulations, including Regional Summer School requirements.
