The Center for Instruction, Technology & Innovation is the Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) for Oswego County, NY. The CiTi Public Relations Department is a nationally award-winning team of creative storytellers who work to promote and publicize student learning. The department is comprised of three teams serving districts in the following Counties: Cayuga, Onondaga, Cortland, Madison, Oswego, Tompkins, Seneca, Jefferson and Tioga. CiTi PR is currently seeking a Graphic Design Specialist who will work with a set of school districts and assist in elevating the visual of school brands and communications plans.

  • A bachelor’s degree in visual arts, new media design, graphic design, web design or related field OR a bachelor’s degree with one year experience OR an associate’s degree with three years experience OR a high school diploma with six years experience. (If you do not meet these qualifications, inquire about our Graphic Design  Specialist Trainee position).
